The invention discloses an electric-heating combined aging test experiment method and device of an oil paper insulation material. The electric-heating combined aging test experiment method comprises the steps of 1, drying and dehydrating an insulation paperboard used for testing; 2, immersing the insulation paperboard in transformer oil in a vacuum environment to prepare the oil paper insulation material; 3, performing thermal aging on the oil paper insulation material under a nitrogen atmosphere; and 4, placing the oil paper insulation material after thermal aging in a local discharging experiment device for electrical aging. The heating-electric combined aging process of the oil paper insulation material is more approximate to that of an actual transformer, particularly, local discharging by a tip during the electrical aging process is more similar to the condition of field intensity concentrated point of the actual transformer due to defect of a manufacturing process, and an aging sample of the oil paper insulation material can be more effectively manufactured.
