The invention belongs to the field of preparation of ultra-moisturizing materials and in particular relates to a preparation method of paper capable of being simultaneously used for emulsion separation, dyestuff adsorption and smoke adsorption. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing hydroxyapatite nano-wires, doping metal organic framework nanoparticles and the like. The multifunctional paper has good stability performance and has good in-air super-hydrophilic and underwater super-oleophobic properties. Furthermore, the paper can be used for efficiently separating oil-in-water emulsion with a stable surfactant and adsorbing toxic substances of a water-soluble dyestuff; in a cigarette combustion process, the multifunctional paper has good adsorption properties on harmful substances including PM 2.5 (Particulate Matter 2.5), PM 10 and the like. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation technology, easiness for obtaining raw materials, low cost and high stability, and is suitable for being prepared and applied in a large area; the multifunctional paper is suitable for treating oil-contained wastewater in a working process and a toxic dyestuff polluted water body; meanwhile, the multifunctional paper is also applicable to the fields of air pollutant treatment and purification and the like.
