The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgy, and particularly relates to a preparation method of low-quality titanium concentrate oxidized pellets. The preparation method is characterized in that low-quality titanium concentrate is used as a main raw material, a small amount of ultra-high-grade iron ore concentrate is added, and an organic binder is added; and braising, pelletizing,drying, oxidizing and roasting, and cooling are carried out after uniformly mixing, the titanium concentrate oxidized pellets with excellent metallurgy performance is obtained, the compressive strength is greater than 2500N, the drum index is greater than 93%, and the reduction expansion rate is not higher than 10%. According to the method, on the premise that the treatment amount of the titaniumconcentrate is not influenced, the problems that the low-quality titanium concentrate pelletizing is difficult and the the quality of the oxidized pellets is poor can be effectively solved, and a novel method is provided for low-quality titanium concentrate pellet production; and the titanium concentrate oxidized pellets prepared by the method can be used for the direct reduction production process of a gas-based vertical furnace which is environment-friendly and low in energy consumption, and a new idea is developed for large-scale efficient cleaning and comprehensive utilization of the low-quality titanium concentrate.
