The invention discloses a method for rapidly identifying common stock flour mite based on a multiplex PCR technology, wherein genomic DNA of individual flour mite is extracted firstly, the extracted DNA is used as a PCR template, and a specific primer of the flour mite is designed on ribosomal DNA; under a common PCR system and program, a multiplex PCR identification method is established, and flour mite type is determined by agarose gel electrophoresis; results of various experiments show that the method is rapid, efficient, and high specific; compared with a morphological identification method of the flour mite, intact specimens are not required, immature stage of eggs, larvae, nymphs, hypopus, etc., cryptic species and damaged specimens can also be identified; compared with an enzyme digestion method and a DNA sequencing method, the method requires only one PCR reaction which is simple and economical, and cumbersome steps of multiple PCR identification can be avoided, thus reducingworkload, and shortening detection time. The method can be operated by ordinary technicians.
