本发明是一种用于鳗弧菌（Vibrio anguillarum）特异性识别的ssDNA核酸适配体，所述核酸适配体的核苷酸序列为Apt‑Va01和Apt‑Va02中所示的DNA片段的核苷酸序列。本发明还详细阐述了对该核酸适配体的筛选方法。本发明提供了一条特异性强，亲和力高，检测限低的鳗弧菌核酸适配体，能够快速的对鳗弧菌菌体细胞进行检测，可被应用于食品加工、水产养殖、医学诊断、环境检测等过程中鳗弧菌的快速检测。

The invention discloses an ssDNA aptamer used for vibrio anguillarum specific recognition. A nucleotide sequence of the aptamer is a nucleotide sequence of a DNA fragment shown in Apt-Va01 and Apt-Va02. The invention further discloses a screening method for the aptamer. The invention provides the vibrio anguillarum aptamer is strong in specificity, high in affinity and low in detection limit, canquickly detect vibrio anguillarum thallus cells, and can be applied to quick detection of vibrio anguillarum in processes such as food processing, aquaculture, medical diagnosis and environmental detection.
