The invention discloses a capsule sizing material with long service life. The capsule sizing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of butyl rubber, 0-10 parts ofchloroprene rubber adhesive, 45-55 parts of carbon black N339, 1.5-2.5 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of paroline, 2-5 parts of castor oil, 15-25 parts of pre-dispersed resin KE8675 and 2-3 parts of anti-tearing resin. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the capsule sizing material with long service life. The capsule sizing material prepared according to the components in parts by weight and the preparation method disclosed by the invention has better high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and aging property and meets the use requirements of various tire factories.
