The invention provides an automate heat flow passage injection molding production monitoring system. Operational data acquisition and control of a heat flow heating cavity in the injection molding device is achieved by a heating cavity detection module. Operational data acquisition of the heat flow passage injection molding by a mould detection module is achieved. Operational data calculation of an automatic mechanical arm by a counting module is achieved. Acquired data treatment by a monitoring server is achieved. Monitoring of operational status of all injection molding devices on the production line is achieved and operation status of injection molding devices are rejected by parsing data to provide reliable data support for routine maintenance and fault early warning of the injection molding devices.
