The invention provides a wind power light reflection bird repellent device which comprises an installing support arranged on a high-voltage line tower, an installing plate arranged on the installing support, and a bird repellent mechanism and a solar power generation mechanism which are arranged on the installing plate. The bird repellent mechanism comprises a box, a detection mechanism and a light reflection type expelling mechanism which are arranged above the box, and an energy storage mechanism and a control mechanism which are arranged inside the box. According to the lens light reflection principle, birds around a tower are repelled, fan blades are driven to rotate under the windless condition by collecting solar electricity generation, the device is suitable for various different weathers, meanwhile, light can be supplemented for lens reflection when it clouds, and the bird repelling effect is ensured.
