The invention discloses a power frequency electromagnetic field protective material performance testing device. The device comprises a testing stage including a testing frame, a stage plate placed orfixed at the bottom of the testing frame, and a group of height-adjustable bottom brackets for supporting the testing frame; a material testing mask which is a layer of flexible mask body wrapped at the external of the testing stage; and a measurement instrument including a measurement probe placed on the testing stage plate, a control end located at the external of the testing frame, and a connection data line between the measurement probe and the control end. The device disclosed by the invention is convenient, the technician can take the device out to test without using the special vehicleto transport, so that the testing device disclosed by the invention can provide great convenience for the testing personnel of this field.
