A reference H point device is connected with a headrest measuring machine through a connection fork; a revolving beam is hinged with a back plate loading electric cylinder; an L-shaped main beam is installed on a main body lifting adjustment mechanism and a bottom plate thereof; the main body lifting adjustment mechanism is installed on an L-shaped portal frame through a sliding block guide rail; a servo controller is installed to be spatially independent of the L-shaped portal frame; and an automatic headrest loading adjuster is installed to be spatially independent of the L-shaped portal frame. The semi-automatic three-station headrest static-strength testing machine provided by the invention has great practicability and accuracy; because dimension lines and digitals are engraved on related parts of various parts in advance, interpretationcan be directly carried out in a measurement process; the size does not need to be manually measured; therefore, the time can be saved; furthermore, the accuracy can be improved; furthermore, a headrest clearance measuring gauge is arranged; measurement is carried out according to the theory that side lengths of similar triangles are in proportion; the proximity problem is solved through an indirect measurement method; and thus, the randomness of a measurement result is avoided.
