The invention discloses a heat transfer oil boiler steam generating system capable of changing the physical and chemical properties of water. The steam generating system comprises a heat supply burner, wherein the heat supply burner is correspondingly connected with a heat transfer oil heat exchanger, the heat transfer oil heat exchanger correspondingly communicates with a steam generator, and thesteam generator also correspondingly communicates with a micro-molecular water generator. The heat converting efficiency and the evaporating rate are effectively increased, the vaporizing time is short, steam can be instantly produced, the size is small, and equipment occupying land is saved.
