The invention discloses a system and a method for achieving large-flow and high-parameter industrial steam supply by a steam compressor. The system comprises an intermediate-pressure cylinder, a low-pressure cylinder, a steam-steam heat exchanger, a small steam turbine, a condenser, a spray type desuperheater, the steam compressor and an industrial steam supply pipe, wherein a steam outlet of theintermediate-pressure cylinder communicates with an inlet of the low-pressure cylinder, a heat release side inlet of the steam-steam heat exchanger communicates with an inlet of the small steam turbine, an outlet of the low-pressure cylinder and an outlet of the small steam turbine communicate with an inlet of the condenser, a heat release side outlet of the steam-steam heat exchanger communicateswith an inlet of the steam compressor through the spray type desuperheater, an outlet of the steam compressor communicates with a heat absorbing side inlet of the steam-steam heat exchanger, a heat absorbing side outlet of the steam-steam heat exchanger communicates with the industrial steam supply pipe, and the small steam turbine is connected with the steam compressor. The system and method canprovide large-flow and high-parameter industrial steam supply.
