The invention discloses a multi-layer coextrusion nanometer polyethylene pipe which comprises an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. The inner layer is made of polyethylene with a functional nanometer material added, the middle layer is made of an ordinary polyethylene material, and the outer layer is made of a polyethylene material subjected to weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant modification; and the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer are compounded into a whole through a multi-layer coextrusion technique. The multi-layer coextrusion nanometer polyethylene pipe comprises the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer which are compounded into a whole through the multi-layer coextrusion technique, customized adjustment of the materials of the outerlayer, the middle layer and the inner layer of the pipe wall can be achieved, combination of the raw materials of all layers can be adjusted according to the required functions, the materials with different properties are used at the places, where the effects can be achieved to the greatest extend, in the pipe wall, waste is avoided, and the performance of the materials can be maximized. On the condition that not too much cost is increased, the product performance is improved, and the market competitiveness is improved.
