The invention discloses a wall surface connection assembly and method. The wall surface connection assembly includes a side edge sealing piece connected with a partition wall and a leveling piece connected with the wall surface. The leveling piece includes an adjustment part and a substrate. The adjustment part adjusts the distance between a base and the wall surface. The side edge sealing piece and the adjusting part are mounted on the base separately. By adopting the assembly and method provided by the invention, influence on wall body smoothness can be eliminated and leveling support can beprovided for installation of other parts.
