本发明公开了一种羊毛衫染色工艺，涉及服饰技术领域，包括：（1）预处理；（2）浸渍液制备；（3）浸渍液处理；（4）染色；本发明通过对羊毛衫采用甘油溶液与乙醇溶液进行预处理，能够使得羊毛纤维与染料分子亲和力显著增加，染料上染速度加快，然后再采用浸渍液对羊毛衫进行浸渍处理，能够进一步的提高羊毛衫表面的亲和力，提高固色牢度，进而提高羊毛衫染色后的耐洗刷效果。

The invention discloses a woollen sweater dyeing method and relates to the technical field of clothes. The method comprises: (1) pretreatment, (2) preparation of an impregnation liquid, (3) treatmenton an impregnation liquid and (4) dyeing. Through pretreatment on a woollen sweater with a glycerin solution and an ethanol solution, the affinity of the wool fibers and a dye molecule is significantly increased and the dyeing rate is fast. The impregnation liquid immerses the woollen sweater so that the affinity of the surface of the woollen sweater is further improved, the color fastness is improved and the washing resistance of the woollen sweater after dyeing is improved.
