The invention discloses a cellulose acetate monolithic column and an immobilized enzyme reactor thereof. The cellulose acetate monolithic column has a diameter of 1-10 cm and a specific surface area of 60 to 80 m<2>/g, and is a hierarchical pore structure: the pore size of mesopores is 5-30 nm, and the pore size of macropores is 1-3 microns. The immobilized enzyme reactor of the monolithic columnincludes an enzyme, a carrier cellulose acetate monolithic column used for immobilizing the enzyme, a heat-shrinkable tube and a tetrafluoroethylene seal head. The immobilized enzyme reactor of the monolithic column is applied to an enzymatic reaction, and the hierarchical pore structure and continuous flow reaction form can greatly improve the mass transfer efficiency, facilitate the exposure ofactive sites of the enzyme, are more beneficial to retention of enzymatic activity in comparison with conventional immobilized enzyme batch reactions, and enhance catalytic efficiency and prolong service life. In addition, the monolithic column is easy to amplify and can reach the industrialization scale.
