The Guangdong Jun red glaze is prepared from the following raw materials: a mixture, methyl cellulose accounting for 0.01 to 0.55 percent of the total mass of the mixture, and sodium tripolyphosphate accounting for 0.2 to 1.1 percent, and the mixture is prepared from the following conventional raw materials of ceramic plant by weight percent: 30 to 50 percent of feldspar, 15 to 30 percent of quartz, 5 to 20 percent of limestone, 8 to 20 percent of sintered talcum, 3.0 to 25 percent of kaolin mineral clay, 0 to2.00 percent of cattle and sheep bone ash, 0.1 to 0.50 percent of SnO, 1 to 5 percent of CuO and 1 to 5 percent of SiC, wherein a mass ratio of SiC to CuO is 1 to 1.8. By adopting a three-section step insulating sintering Guangdong Jun glaze preparation method is low in cost and does not need to update and modify the equipment. The prepared Guangdong Jun red glaze formula is easy in obtaining rawmaterials, simple in preparation process, smooth and flat in glaze surface and high in color stability and has the color characteristics of Guangdong Jun red glaze.
