The invention provides a dynamic recovery and repair system used in the metal powder SLM formation process. The dynamic recovery and repair system used in the metal powder SLM formation process is composed of an SLM formation device, a metal powder screening device, a metal powder repair device, an atmosphere protection, cooling and drying device and a computer control device. A laser system, a formation platform system, a powder laying system, a powder recovery system and an atmosphere protection system are integrated on the SLM formation device through an airtight cabin. The powder recoverysystem is connected with the metal powder screening device. The metal powder screening device is connected with the metal powder repair device through the atmosphere protection, cooling and drying device. The metal powder repair device is connected with the powder laying system of the SLM formation device. The computer control device is connected with the laser system, the powder laying system andthe formation platform system of the SLM formation device and controls the laser system, the powder laying system and the formation platform system to work cooperatively. By adoption of the dynamic recovery and repair system used in the metal powder SLM formation process, the three-dimensional printing quality is improved, and pollution of smoke to the formation device is avoided; and meanwhile,the highly-integrated formation system reduces consumption of manpower and material resources, improves the part printing efficiency and provides a new thought for production of parts formed through SLM.
