The invention relates to a percutaneous photoelectric driving ion medicament conveying device based on a nanometer needle. The percutaneous photoelectric driving ion medicament conveying device comprises the components of a medicament storage bag for storing the ion medicament, a nanometer micro-needle array module, a power supply module, a light emitting module, a single-chip microcomputer control module and a timing and displaying module. The device is combined with the micro-needle array for realizing photoelectric cooperation for driving medicament conveying, thereby improving medicament conveying efficiency. Through animal experiments and Raman spectrum detection analysis, the device has a percutaneous conveying function of the ion medicament in mouse experiments. The percutaneous photoelectric driving ion medicament conveying device can be effectively applied at aspects of local tissue treatment and medicament supplying controllability.
