The invention discloses a fishing umbrella comprising a umbrella surface and an umbrella rod, wherein the umbrella rod is disposed inside the umbrella surface; the one end of the umbrella rod is connected with the top of the umbrella surface; the other end of the umbrella rod is provided with a fixing member; the fixing member comprises a disc having a plurality of downward fixing rods disposed onthe bottom of the disc; the lower end portion of each fixing rod is in a tapered shape; the upper middle portion of the umbrella rod is provided with a sliding member; a plurality of support rods arearranged between the sliding member and the inner wall of the umbrella surface; the outer wall of the lower end of the umbrella surface is provided with a rainproof member; and the rainproof member is slidably connected with the outer wall of the umbrella surface. The rainproof member can be put down in the case of heavy rain or oblique sunlight so as to expand the sunlight shielding range of thefishing umbrella. The fixing member on the bottom of the umbrella rod can firmly fix the fishing umbrella on the ground to prevent the fishing umbrella from being blown down by wind. A table and a chair are also disposed on the umbrella rod to facilitate the placement of items and avoid the loss of the items.
