The invention discloses a Hawk tea planting method based on Hawk tea old stump transplanting, comprising the following steps: a, garden selection; b, road planning; c, drainage irrigation ditch planning; d, tea tree selection; e, saw pile; preparation before planting; g, planting; h, watering and moisturizing; i, initial fertilization; j, late fertilization; k, intertillage and soil loosening; l,tea tree pruning; m, picking. The invention ensures the survival rate of Hawk tea trees and the growth rate of Hawk tea trees by the method of transplanting the old stump.
