A thumb rehabilitation driving system comprises first and second ball screw slide units driven by two stepping motorsrespectively, the second ball screw slide unit is arranged on a rotating disk and connected with a thumb fixer, the rotating disk is connected with a DC motor, an arm and palm supporting structure isarranged in the other side of the thumb fixer, the first ball screw slide unit includes one freedom degree, the DC motor includes one freedom degree, the second ball screw slide unit includes one freedom degree, and the two stepping motors cooperate with the DC motor to drive the thumb to complete adduction/abduction, flexing/stretching and conical movement. The device can realize a random track in the space, the thumb is in a natural movement state, a patient feels more comfortable in the rehabilitation process and is avoided from a contradict emotion, and the effect of rehabilitation training can be improved greatly.
