The invention discloses a split type motor spherical hinge assembling method. The assembling method is characterized in that a manner that rubber layers are vulcanized between an I-shaped core shaft with mounting structures at the two ends and split outer sleeves, and then a structure formed after vulcanizing is integrally installed into an integral outer sleeve in an interference press-fit mode is adopted to form a motor spherical hinge with small radial and axial rigidity matching, and a stopping function is provided for a motor in the operation process of a train by improving the axial rigidity. The invention further discloses the motor spherical hinge. The motor spherical hinge comprises the I-shaped core shaft with the mounting structures at the two ends, the rubber layers, the splitouter sleeves and the integral outer sleeve, the split outer sleeves are adhered to inward concave surfaces of the outer side of the I-shape of the core shaft through vulcanizing of the rubber layers,and the whole body of the core shaft, the rubber layers and the split outer sleeves obtained after vulcanizing is installed in the integral outer sleeve in an interference press-fit mode. According to the split type motor spherical hinge assembling method and the motor spherical hinge, the split outer sleeves are all vulcanized on the surface of the I-shaped core shaft with the mounting structures at the two ends at a time, then the whole body is installed into the integral outer sleeve in an interference press-fit mode, so that the product reliability is improved, the assembling process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
