The invention discloses a dyeing and finishing technology of single-face polar fleece fabric. The dyeing and finishing technology comprises the following steps: firstly, weaving looped fabric by taking 36S all-cotton combed yarn as a surface and 75D/36F+300D/288F polyester yarn as a bottom; secondly, dyeing the polyester bottom and dyeing the cotton surface into required colors; thirdly, adding afuzzing agent in a vat for soaping, then taking the looped fabric out of the vat and dewatering, drying through a drying machine, and carrying out polar fleece treatment after fleecing; finally, sizing a finished product. According to the dyeing and finishing technology of the single-face polar fleece fabric, disclosed by the invention, the heat preservation performance is good, the procedures aresimple, and less time is consumed.
