The invention discloses a wind-solar-water real-time control method taking hydropower day-ahead and intra-day plans and an electric quantity target into account. The wind-solar-water real-time controlmethod is applicable to wind-solar-water active power real-time control considering a hydropower day-ahead and intra-day plan and an electric quantity target requirement. The wind-solar-water real-time control method calculates comprehensive performance indexes of stations according to an electric quantity execution rate index and a prediction adjustment performance index, introduces the stationcomprehensive performance indexes as an instruction dispatching basis, regards the maximum whole-grid controllable station instruction as a target to perform optimal dispatching of a wind-solar-wateractive power instruction, and promotes wind power consumption by utilizing the flexibility of the hydropower plans, thereby improving the level of wind-solar-water coordinated control.
