The invention discloses a droplet deposition determination device and method based on luminous intensity detection. The device comprises a light generator, a light conduction device, a light receiver,a droplet receiving panel, a control module and a power module, wherein the light generator and the light receiver are arranged below the droplet receiving panel; the light conduction device is arranged on the droplet receiving panel; an anti-dazzling screen is arranged at a middle position of the light incidence end and emergence end of the light conduction device; and the control module comprises a central processing unit, a filter module, an A/D (Analog/Digital) conversion module and an optoelectronic isolation module. According to the method disclosed by the invention, based on the lightrefraction principle, the linear relation between deposition and light intensity is rapidly and accurately calculated by combining with a knowledge base based on a fuzzy algorithm, so that the dropletdeposition result is obtained, the droplet deposition determination is rapidly and accurately performed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
