The invention provides a method for predicting a fly ash plasma melting gas phase product, the method comprises: providing a fly ash sample; respectively detecting percentages of components in the flyash sample, wherein the components include moisture, an organic element, a chlorine element, and a metal element; and according to element conservation between each component in the fly ash sample and each component in the fly ash plasma molten gas phase product, calculating the percentage of each component in the fly ash plasma molten gas phase product. The method for predicting the fly ash plasma melt gas phase product can predict the fly ash plasma melting gas phase product according to the basic composition of fly ash, and avoids a large number of experiments, and the method is standardized and programmed.
