The invention relates to the technical field of fastener structures and provides an open type pin. The open type pin comprises a pin body, a cylinder and a stop pin. The interior of the pin body is hollow. The stop pin is located inside the pin body. The cylinder is slidably mounted in the pin body. A non-return mechanism is arranged between the cylinder and the pin body. One end of the cylinder extends out of the pin body to form a pressing part, and the other end of the cylinder extends into the pin body to make contact with the stop pin. First openings are symmetrically formed with respectto the axis of the side face of the end, close to the stop pin, of the pin body. When external force is applied to the stop pin, the two ends of the stop pin stretch out of the pin body along the first openings. By adoption of the open type pin, the technical problems that after an existing open type pin is inserted into a fastener, open legs of the pin needs to be opened manually, and consequentially, using is inconvenient, and the work efficiency is low are solved.
