The invention provides a vertical-directional preformed hole plugging device. The vertical-directional preformed hole plugging device comprises a steel sleeve finished product embedded piece, a fixingdrill and plastic modules manufactured according to the pipe diameter of a vertical-directional pipeline. A construction method comprises the steps that (1) the steel sleeve finished product embeddedpiece, the fixing drill and the plastic modules are manufactured or customized at site according to a preformed hole size, construction of pay-off is carried out to determine the position of the vertical-directional pipeline preformed hole, the steel sleeve finished product embedded piece is placed on a formwork, the fixing drill is used for drilling into the formwork to fix tightly the sleeve finished product embedded piece; (2) the fixing drill is disassembled first when achieving a disassembly requirement, then steel sleeve finished product embedded piece is disassembled; (3) after the vertical-directional pipeline installation is completed and the inspection is qualified, the plastic modules are symmetrically wedged into the preformed hole to rotate and are fixed on the vertical-directional pipeline; and (4) whether the plastic modules and the preformed hole tight or not is inspected to enter a next procedure after inspection without errors. The simple plugging device of the vertical-directional pipeline preformed hole and the construction method thereof are safe and reliable, can enable the formwork, concrete and the pipeline to have sufficient frictional force to pour, and thus the pouring concrete can be closely combined.
