The frame building system of the micro-module comprises a frame subsystem and a building subsystem arranged on the outer side of the frame subsystem, wherein the frame subsystem comprises a plurality of plane frames which are connected with each other in a cross mode, and the plane frames are formed by splicing a frame stand column and a plurality of beam prefabricated members. According to the frame building system of the micro-module, the frame subsystem is formedby splicing the frame stand column and the beam prefabricated members, so that the construction site of the micro-module is realized by an assembling mode such as bolt connection, and no welding is performed on the site; and standardization and assembly can be combined in the production and installation of the frame subsystem to realize industrial production and rapid assembly on the site, so thatthe construction period is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
