The invention discloses a production process of a blister plate. The production process is improved on the basis of the existing production process, and the production process is as follows: coveringthe back of a blister part with a protective film between a grinding step and a blister glue spraying step. The protective film includes the following components by weight: 35-40 parts of polypropylene, 20-30 parts of modified starch, 4-12 parts of straw fiber, 2-4 parts of plant saponins, 10-15 parts of zinc phosphate, 1-4 parts of mannitol, 1-2 parts of a stabilizer, 1-2 parts of tea polyphenolsand 2-5 parts of lead sulfate tribasic. Compared with the existing technology, the production process has the advantages of simple process, low energy consumption, reduction of cost of the blister plate, improvement of quality of the blister plate, and good market prospects.
