The invention discloses a super high-rise building additional tower crane steel foundation transfer method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (a) a steel drawer frame is designed; (b) after a tower crane finishes climbing, a lowermost additional tower crane steel foundation is exposed out; (c) before the next climbing of the tower crane, when the casting of floor concrete is selected, the tower crane is used for lifting the lowermost additional tower crane steel foundation on the steel drawer frame, and the additional tower crane steel foundation is lifted above two steel foundations on a core cylinder shearing force; and (d) the steps (b) and (c) are circulated to finish the transfer of super high-rise building additional tower crane steel foundations. Throughadjustment of the transfer method, the idle periods of the tower crane between two-time casting of the floor concrete are effectively used; the disassembly, the temporary storage and lifting and theinstallation of the lowermost tower crane steel foundation can be performed in the two idle periods; and the operations are repeatedly carried out to finish the transfer of the three additional towercrane steel foundations.
