The invention provides an N-channel microwave ablation system. In the N-channel microwave ablation system, N is a positive integer which is equal to or larger than 2. The N-channel microwave ablationsystem comprises a microwave generator, N microwave ablation antennas and a control unit, wherein the microwave generator is used for generating microwave signals; the N microwave ablation antennas are used for transmitting the microwave signals generated by the microwave generator to specified parts of a patient, and coolant channels are formed in the N microwave ablation antennas respectively; the control unit is used for controlling the on/off state and the output power of the microwave generator. By means of the N-channel microwave ablation system, synchronous multi-needle ablation is supported, and the operative time can be effectively shortened; an automatic power control technology is adopted, and the output power is stable; the multi-channel temperature measurement and control technology is adopted, and the ablation process is safe and controllable.
