The invention discloses a converter module auxiliary assembly and disassembly structure and method for assembling and disassembling a converter module installed on support beams. The structure comprises guide rails disposed on the support beams, guide slide strips disposed on the left and right sides of the bottom of the converter module, a pull rod disposed on the lower part of one side of the converter module in the length direction of the guide rails, and pull rod arms disposed on the left and right sides of the bottom of the converter module; each guide rail is provided with a gap in the side of corresponding guide rail near the converter module; the converter module is mounted on the guide rails through the guide slide strips, the converter module slides along the guide rails throughthe guide slide strips, and the guide slide strips are provided with sliding slots III; module side water-electric joints are arranged on the other side of the converter module in the length directionof the guide rails; and one end of each pull rod arm is movably connected to the pull rod by a rotating bolt II, the other end of each pull rod arm stretches into the corresponding gap through the corresponding sliding slot III, and the pull rod arms can be movably mounted at the bottom of the converter module through rotating bolts I. The technical problem that inserting and removing of water-electric joints are difficult in assembly and disassembly processes of a converter module can be solved.
