The method includes the following steps: (1) weighing avermectin and chlorpyrifos standard substances in a volumetric flask,adding methanol to perform dissolving, performing vibration in an ultrasonic bath and recovering to room temperature, and performing constant volume and well shaking; and (2) adding a mobile phase into a stainless-steel column taking Agilent TC-C18 as a filling material and an ultraviolet variable wavelength detector so that separating and determining can be performed on the avermectin and chlorpyrifos in samples. The method can well determine the content of the avermectin and chlorpyrifos, so that the microscale avermectin and chlorpyrifos contained in soil can be determined.
