The modified composite board comprises a surface moisture barrier layer, a modified board layer, an alloy layer and a woven layer, wherein the modified board layer comprises homopolymer PP, homopolymer PE and an auxiliary agent, the alloy layer is prepared by stirring aluminum powder, magnesium powder, copper powder, iron powder and nickel powder uniformly and performing pressing and sintering, and the woven layer is obtained by weaving warps and wefts which are made of PP materials. The surface of the composite board is coated with a waterproofing agent and a flame retardant, and a multi-layer structure is adopted by the composite board, so that the boardhas scratch resistance, the modified board layer also has high impact resistance, the physical properties of the board are improved greatly, and the universality of the board is enhanced.
