The textile fabric comprises a base layer, an air permeable layer and an outer layer which are sequentially combined; the base layer consists of thefollowing raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of plant fibers, 40-80 parts of silk fibers, 0.1-0.5 part of a plant antibacterial extracting solution and 20-40 parts of milk fibers; the airpermeable layer consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of bamboo fibers, 10-30 parts of superfine activated carbon fibers and 20-40 parts of soybean fibers; and the outer layer is a nano-fiber fabric layer doped with nano titanium dioxide. The textile fabric provided by the invention is used for baby underwear fabrics, and the textile fabric is light in texture, has flexibility, absorbs moisture, has an air permeable property, is friendly to skins, and is resistant to bacteria. Meanwhile, the textile fabric is a multifunctional baby fabric which has certain self-cleaning performance. In addition, the raw materials are green and environmentally friendly, and meet the requirements of baby clothing fabrics.
