本发明涉及造纸领域，为了解决目前市售的阳离子松香胶剂中含有有机氯问题，本发明提出一种食品纸用阳离子松香乳液施胶剂，利用复合型乳化剂体系，采用连续化高温高压设备，通过高剪切连续化制备产品，制备得到食品纸用阳离子松香乳液施胶剂，与一般的阳离子松香施胶剂相比，本发明具有乳液粒径小、施胶性能好，不含有机氯、环保等优点。

The invention relates to the field of papermaking, and provides a cationic rosin emulsion sizing agent for food paper in order to solve the problem of organochlorine existing in currently commercially-available cationic rosin glues. The product is continuously prepared through high shearing by utilizing a composite emulsifier system and adopting a continuous high-temperature and high-pressure device. Compared with general cationic rosin sizing agents, the prepared cationic rosin emulsion sizing agent for food paper has the advantages of small emulsion particle size, good sizing performance, noorganochlorine and environmental protection.
