The system provided by the invention comprises ice melting change-over switches connected with the power transmission lines in parallel, an ice melting device which is connected with the outer sides of the ice melting change-over switches in series and is used for generating an ice melting voltage, a parallel resonant circuit connected with the power transmission lines in parallel and is used for short connection with the power transmission lines, and a first series resonant circuit and a second series resonant circuit which are connected with the power transmission lines in series, wherein the first series resonant circuit is arranged between a first substation and the ice melting change-over switches, and the second series resonant circuit is arranged between the parallel resonant circuit and a second substation.
