The invention discloses a warm-keeping fabric. The warm-keeping fabric is formed by composition of an insulating surface-layer fabric, a middle-layer fabric and an inner-layer fabric, wherein the insulating surface-layer fabric is prepared by interweaving 15tex insulating yarns formed by blending hollow fiber, polyester fiber and flax fiber and 20D polyamide yarns, knitting, combing and shaking soas to have good insulating property; the middle-layer fabric is interweaved by 15tex yarns formed by spinning of wool fiber, polyamide fiber and Outlast fiber and 20D polyamide yarns and then is treated by combing finishing so as to have good warm-keeping effect; the inner-layer fabric is formed by blending of bamboo fiber and real silks, so that the comfort of wearing can be ensured; the wearingcomfort can be ensured, and meanwhile a better insulating function can be achieved.
