The invention relates to a moving cleaning device used for an ocean engineering platform. The moving cleaning device comprises a body, a closing device, a cleaning device, a recycling device and a control processor. A walking mechanism is arranged on one side of the body and is connected with the control processor. The control processor sends out a walking signal to the walking mechanism, and thewalking mechanism moves according to the walking signal. The cleaning device is arranged in the body and comprises a high-pressure water cleaning mechanism and a high-pressure gas cleaning mechanism.The high-pressure water cleaning mechanism and the high-pressure water removing mechanism are connected with the control processor. The recycling device is arranged on one side of the body and is usedfor recycling residual slag obtained after cleaning, and the recycling device is connected with the control processor. The closing device is connected with the control processor. The control processor is used for outputting a closing signal to the closing device during work of the cleaning device and the recycling device.
