The device comprises a first metal electrode, a second metal electrode, an insulation container and a pressure control material, wherein the pressure control material is arranged in the insulation container, the first metal electrode and the second metal electrode are connected in series with the pressure control material, the other end of the first metal electrode inputs a system current, the other end of the second metal electrode outputs the system current, the system current is input from a static contact of an arc extinguishing chamber and output from a movable contact of the arc extinguishing chamber, the other end of the second metal electrode is connected with a compression spring, theother end of the compression spring is connected with a first repulsive force mechanism, the other end of the first repulsive force mechanism is connected with a permanent-magnet mechanism, the movable contact of the arc extinguishing chamber is connected with a second repulsive force mechanism, and the other end of the second repulsive force structure is connected with the permanent-magnet mechanism. The resistance of the voltage control material is changed by rapid pressure control, and the branch voltage is further increased to achieve rapid transferring of the current. The device can be applied to an occasion requiring current transferring in the power system.
