The epoxy resin coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of liquid epoxy resin, 10 parts of a styrene-acrylic emulsion, 8 parts of maleic anhydride, 8 parts of silica sol, 8 parts of rare earth aluminate, 6 parts of salicylic acid, 6 parts of benzoic acid, 5 parts of waterborne amino resin, 5 parts of rare earth aluminate,4 parts of hydrogen peroxide diisopropylbenzene, 5 parts of a surfactant, 3 parts of superfine talcum powder, 2 parts of composite zinc phosphate, 1 part of a leveling agent, 1 part of mica powder, 1part of a curing agent, 2 parts of a defoaming agent, 1 part of titanium dioxide, 1 part of an anti-settling thixotropic agent, 1 part of a wetting agent, 1 part of a dispersing agent, 1 part of an antibacterial agent, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor and 1 part of a pigment. The coating uses the emulsion as a medium, and only a small amount of a cosolvent is needed, so that the content of volatileorganic compounds is greatly lowered, the environment pollution is small, and the environment friendliness of the epoxy resin coating is improved.
