The invention discloses a rectification process for 2,6-diethylaniline, which includes the steps of: S1) raw material preparation: performing an alkylation reaction on aniline with ethylene and a catalyst to obtain a reactant, which mainly includes the 2,6-diethylaniline; S2) distillation: injecting the reactant into distillation equipment for distillation to obtain a 2,6-diethylaniline crude product; S3) filtration: feeding the crude product into a large tank for filtration and collecting filtered 2,6-diethylaniline and recycling residual waste liquid after the filtration; S4) heating separation: feeding the filtered 2,6-diethylaniline material into a feeding pump. In the invention, through separating rectification of the 2,6-diethylaniline, impurity content is reduced and quality of the2,6-diethylaniline is increased. The separated product is easy to recycle, so that resource waste is avoided and waste discharge is reduced.
