The motor comprises a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and a shell, wherein the stator assembly comprises a winding stator and a terminal box, and a plurality of deformable slices are arranged on the upper plane of the terminal box; the winding stator comprises a stator core, an insulating frame and a connecting terminal, the stator core is provided with a stator core seam allowance and the terminal box is fixedly connected with the connecting terminal and the insulating frame; the shell comprises a front end cover and a rear end cover, a bearing outer ring and an end cover seam allowance are arranged at both the front end cover and rear endcover, a stiffener is arranged around the bearing outer rings, the front end cover, rear end cover are fixedly connected with the stator assembly, the insulating frame is provided with a protrusion beyond the edge of the stator core, and the shell accommodates the protrusion. The technical scheme can lower manufacturing cost of motors, effectively fix the terminal box, increase strength of end covers, reduce motor vibration and noise and enhance performance and prolong service life of motors.
