The invention discloses a 10kV system recloser based on a quick bus tie breaker. The 10kV system recloser comprises busbars and feeder lines, wherein a busbar I and a busbar II are connected in seriesby a section quick breaker BR; a current limiting reactor X is connected in series between the busbar I and the busbar II, and the section quick breaker BR and a current limiting reactor L are connected in parallel; an outgoing breaker BK and a recloser are arranged on the feeder lines, and in normal operation, the section quick breaker BR is closed to short-circuit the current limiting reactor X; and in the event of a fault, the section quick breaker BR is disconnected so that the current limiting reactor X is connected to limited short-circuit current, the outgoing breaker BK trips the faulty feeder line, the section quick breaker BR is closed before reclosing, the outlet breaker BK is reclosed or the section quick breaker BR is disconnected so that the current limiting reactor X is connected to the limited short-circuit current, the outgoing breaker BK trips the faulty feeder line and closes under the action of reclosing, and the section quick breaker BR is finally closed. The 10kVsystem recloser based on the quick bus tie breaker increases the stability during normal operation and the reliability of power supply.
