The invention provides an embedded pole. The embedded pole comprises an insulating shell, wherein an arc extinguish chamber is arranged in the insulating shell; a moving contact and a fixed contact are arranged in the arc extinguish chamber; the insulating shell is provided with an upper leading-out terminal at the upper end position of the arc extinguish chamber; the lower end of the moving contact is also connected with a drive rod; a drive connection structure used for being connected with a rotating main shaft extending vertically to the axis is arranged at the lower end of the drive rod and moves along the axial direction when the rotating main shaft rotates; the insulating shell is provided with a lower leading-out terminal which leads out a wire downwards at one side, departing fromthe arc extinguish chamber, of the drive connection structure; and the lower leading-out terminal is conductive to the lower end, extending out of the arc extinguish chamber, of the moving contact through a conductive structure. When the embedded pole provided by the invention is used, the drive rod connected with the lower end of the moving contact is connected with the rotating main shaft of adrive device through the drive connection structure, and the extension direction of the rotating main shaft is vertical to that of the drive rod, so that space for arranging the lower leading-out terminal is reserved at the lower part of the drive rod, and the insulation distance between the upper leading-out terminal and the lower leading-out terminal is increased.
