The invention discloses a laser protection film and a laser protection device comprising the same. The laser protection film comprises a first liquid crystal polymer layer, a second liquid crystal polymer layer and a third liquid crystal polymer layer which are laminated and arranged, wherein, the first liquid crystal polymer layer is used for reflecting levorotation polarized light, the second liquid crystal polymer layer is used for reflecting dextrorotation polarized light, and the third liquid crystal polymer layer is used for absorbing incident laser light. According to the invention, theprotection angle of the laser protection film is large, the flexibility is good, the damage is easy to find, prior equipment can be modified, and the laser protection film has better application prospect in the fields of laser goggles, car window glass and the like.
