The invention discloses an anti-hand-pinch control method, device and system. The method comprises the steps of detecting whether there is a target object to move to the position where a wind sweepingcomponent is located or not when the wind sweeping component of a wind sweeping device is in a motion state; controlling a detection device to detect whether the target object moves to a closable area or not according to a detection signal with the first frequency under the condition of detecting that the target object moves the position where the wind sweeping component is located, and controlling the detection device to detect whether the target object moves to the closable area or not according to a detection signal with the second frequency under the condition of not detecting that the target object moves to the position where the wind sweeping component is located, wherein the first frequency is higher than the second frequency; and controlling the wind sweeping component to stop moving under the condition of detecting that the target object moves to the closable area. Through the anti-hand-pinch control method, the technical problems that a photoelectric switch is used for conducting anti-hand-pinch detection on the wind sweeping device, can only be used for anti-hand-pinch detection and cannot conduct effective prevention in the prior art are solved.
