When a through hole of the self-locking orbital transfer sleeve and a through hole of the self-locking switch seat are in a coaxial position, a switch is turned on. When the through hole ofthe self-locking orbital transfer sleeve and the through hole of the self-locking switch seat are staggered with a certain angle, the switch is turned off. According to the control screen tube with the self-locking switch, the screen tube has opening and closing functions, and one or more screen tubes at a specified position in the production section of a horizontal well are selected to be independently put into production or withdrawn from production according to the water breakthrough condition at the edge and bottom of a reservoir, so that the purposes of the flow regulating and water control and optimizing the production system are achieved, and the scientific and effective development of a horizontal well is ensured.
